Effective date: 2026-09-14 App: ClutchReframe Clips (Overwolf app for supported PC games)
1) Agreement
By installing or using ClutchReframe Clips, you agree to this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live. By using ClutchReframe Clips, you represent that you meet these requirements and can enter into a binding agreement.
This Agreement is between you and the developer of ClutchReframe Clips ("Developer"). Overwolf Ltd. and its subsidiaries (“Overwolf”) are not parties to this Agreement and have no obligations under it.
ClutchReframe Clips is distributed through and runs on the Overwolf platform. Your use of the Overwolf platform may also be subject to Overwolf’s own terms and policies.
2) Overwolf Platform; Third‑Party Beneficiary
Overwolf and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
Overwolf is not responsible for ClutchReframe Clips, its content, or any support, maintenance, or claims related to ClutchReframe Clips.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overwolf provides its platform “AS IS” and disclaims all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overwolf will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of ClutchReframe Clips or the Overwolf platform.
3) License Grant
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to install, run, display, and use ClutchReframe Clips for your personal, non‑commercial, lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement and applicable policies.
This license is perpetual, subject to termination under Section 13. Access to Clips Pro and Trial features is subject to the entitlement periods and conditions in Section 10. This license does not promise perpetual updates or support and is subject to the third-party license rights in Section 7.
4) Restrictions
The following restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the third-party licenses described in Section 7. You agree that you will not:
- Use ClutchReframe Clips to cheat, gain unfair competitive advantage, or violate any applicable game publisher policies.
- Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from ClutchReframe Clips except to the extent permitted by law or the applicable third-party license.
- Use ClutchReframe Clips to distribute malware or perform any illegal activity.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer ClutchReframe Clips or this license.
- Use ClutchReframe Clips for commercial purposes (unless explicitly permitted by the Developer in writing).
5) Ownership
ClutchReframe Clips and all intellectual property rights in it are owned by the developer(s) of ClutchReframe Clips and/or their licensors.
6) Support and Maintenance
Developer may provide support, maintenance, or updates for ClutchReframe Clips at Developer’s discretion. Overwolf has no obligation to provide any support, maintenance, or updates for ClutchReframe Clips.
7) Third‑Party Components
Third-party components are governed by their respective licenses. Nothing in this Agreement limits the rights granted to you under those licenses. If this Agreement conflicts with a third-party license, that license governs the affected component. See Third-Party Licenses and FFmpeg License in Help. Corresponding FFmpeg source code is available through Download FFmpeg Source in Help.
8) Third‑Party Services and Websites
ClutchReframe Clips and advertisements shown in it may link to third-party websites, services, or resources. Developer does not control those sites or endorse their products or services. Use caution when visiting them and comply with their applicable terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, you use those sites at your own risk, and Developer is not responsible for the content or services they provide. This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9) Intellectual Property Claims
Developer is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third‑party claim that ClutchReframe Clips or your use of ClutchReframe Clips infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights. Overwolf has no responsibility for such claims.
10) Subscriptions, Trial, and Payments
ClutchReframe Clips may offer a recurring Clips Pro subscription that automatically renews unless canceled. Review the final price, billing period, currency, and applicable taxes at checkout before purchasing. Payments, recurring billing, and related fees are processed through Overwolf and its commerce provider, Tebex Limited, subject to Tebex's applicable terms and policies. Developer does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Use Manage Plan to open the Tebex payment-history portal for payment history, cancellation, and billing management. Cancellation stops future renewal in accordance with the applicable subscription terms; Pro access for the remaining paid period depends on the current entitlement confirmed by the subscription provider. Refunds and payment disputes are subject to applicable law and the commerce provider's policies. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights.
ClutchReframe Clips may also offer one no-card, 15-day tools trial per verified Overwolf account. The trial starts only when you claim it, does not renew, and does not charge you when it ends. Trial exports always include the ClutchReframe watermark. Only an active paid Clips Pro subscription permits the watermark to be turned off.
Subscription and trial capabilities require current account and entitlement verification. If the app cannot confirm an elevated entitlement, Free capabilities remain available while paid or trial-only capabilities may be temporarily unavailable.
11) Disclaimers
Your use of ClutchReframe Clips is at your own risk.
ClutchReframe Clips is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error‑free or uninterrupted.
Developer is responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the developer(s) of ClutchReframe Clips be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
13) Termination
We may terminate or suspend this license if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
14) Riot Games Disclaimer
ClutchReframe Clips isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
15) Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by California law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections under the law that would otherwise apply. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California. Nothing in this section limits a consumer's right to bring or defend proceedings in a court having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
